Vacuum Compression Bag – Instant Space Series (Round Valve, Black PA/PE 0.07 mm)

Instant Space Series: Flat Bags with a Round Valve

The Instant Space Series is built for volume reduction in wardrobes, linen cupboards and shipping cartons. Each bag is formed from black PA/PE co-extruded film at 0.07 mm, a two-layer structure that pairs a nylon barrier face with a polyethylene sealing layer. The dark film hides contents on open shelving and resists visible scuffing when bags are stacked and re-stacked between seasons.

A round valve sits at the base of the bag. It accepts a standard electric pump nozzle or a hand pump, and it is also compatible with roll-compression where no pump is available. The double-track zipper is closed by hand and the bag is then evacuated through the valve, so the seal is verified before any air is drawn out.

Where the Format Fits

Flat bags are the most space-efficient format for folded textiles. Use the 40 × 56 cm size for single duvets, jumpers and children's clothing; the 47 × 66 cm size for double duvets, pillows and mixed family laundry; and the 54 × 76 cm size for king-size duvets, winter coats and large bedding sets.

The black film also makes the series suitable for hotel housekeeping, self-storage operators and moving companies that need tidy, uniform packaging in back-of-house areas. Bags can be labelled with a marker directly on the film surface.

Material and Handling

PA/PE at 0.07 mm gives a balance between puncture resistance and pliability, so corners of duvets and zip pulls on jackets are less likely to pierce the film during handling. Seal the zipper slider across its full travel, then evacuate until the film draws tight around the contents. Store bags flat or upright, and avoid contact with sharp edges or prolonged direct sunlight.

For printed or unprinted programmes, the series can be supplied as unprinted black film; print requirements are quoted separately and are not part of the standard specification.
