Thicker PA/PE Film for Demanding Use
The Simple Press Series is built on a PA/PE laminate at 0.085 mm, a step up from our standard film weight. The extra gauge gives the bag a firmer, more substantial hand feel and a flatter, cleaner surface once the air is pressed out, which matters when bags are stacked in cartons or carried between locations.
Because the film is heavier, the bag keeps its shape around the folded contents instead of creasing into the load. That makes loading and re-folding easier for the operator and gives the packed item a neater silhouette on the shelf.
Each bag in this series is supplied with a printed surface, so the branding, series name and care directions are already carried on the bag itself and do not depend on a separate label.
Printed Construction, Built to Be Reused
The printed finish is applied to the 0.085 mm PA/PE film rather than to a thinner base, so the graphic panel and the sealing areas sit on the same heavier substrate. This is the detail that supports repeated opening and re-sealing: the film around the slider track stays flat and does not soften after the first cycle.
We recommend the Simple Press Series for buyers who expect a bag to be reopened, refilled and stored again across a season rather than used once. The thicker film holds its edge through handling, and the printed panel resists scuffing in normal warehouse conditions.

Ninety-micron-equivalent film at this gauge is also a practical option for buyers who have had complaints about thin bags splitting at the seal after a few uses; the heavier substrate gives more material for the sealing bar to work with.
