The range is designed as a single stock family rather than a set of separate items: the same LDPE film, the same zip-lock profile and the same carton count run across all eight sizes. That means a pharmacy can carry one replenishment line and still cover the small-count and larger-count packs it dispenses every day.
Red Line on the Lip: Identification at a Glance
The lip of every pouch carries a single red line. In a dispensing drawer or a filling bench, that line separates the pill pouch from unprinted bags of a similar size and makes the opening edge obvious to the person filling it. It also gives the pack a consistent, recognisable look across the whole size range, whether the film is white or clear.
Because the red line is part of the printed artwork rather than an added label, it does not peel, fade or slow down the filling step. The zip-lock itself is a press-to-close profile, so the pouch can be reopened for inspection and closed again without a heat sealer.
30–50 Micron LDPE: Hand Feel and Seal Integrity
Wall thickness runs from 30 to 50 micron per side, formed from 100% virgin LDPE. The lower end of the range gives a light, flexible pouch that folds flat in a drawer; the upper end gives a firmer hand feel and more body when the pouch stands loaded on a counter. Both are soft enough to squeeze for a visual check and strong enough to hold a normal daily pill count.
Virgin LDPE is specified for clarity and consistency, and the material is BPA free, RoHS compliant and produced under ISO9001, FDA and BSCI certified systems. The film is available in white or clear, so the same pouch can either show the contents or hide them, depending on how the pharmacy prefers to present a prescription.
Printing from 1 to 4 Colours, Including Standard Stock Artwork
Printing is available in one to four colours. Pharmacies and distributors that do not need their own artwork can use the standard stock print, which keeps the red lip line and adds a simple, neutral layout that suits day-to-day dispensing. Where a house brand or a chain identity is required, the same pouch can be printed in up to four colours with the customer's own design.
Both routes use the same film and the same zip-lock profile, so changing from stock print to custom print does not change the way the pouch behaves on the filling bench. Sizes and print colours can be mixed within an order as long as the overall quantity meets the MOQ.
Packing and Replenishment Rhythm
Each pouch is packed 100 pcs to a pack and 20 packs to a carton, giving 20,000 pcs per carton. The pack count is easy to count off against a shelf label, and the carton figure lines up with the 500,000 pcs MOQ at 25 cartons per order. For a pharmacy group or a distributor running a regular top-up, that makes the reorder quantity simple to plan and the storage footprint predictable.
The eight sizes cover the common small and medium pill counts: 60 × 90 mm and 70 × 100 mm for compact daily packs, 70 × 120 mm, 70 × 130 mm, 70 × 140 mm and 75 × 105 mm for standard dispensing, and 90 × 120 mm and 90 × 140 mm for larger or multi-item packs. Keeping all of them on one purchase order avoids mixed cartons and separate lead times.
