Eight Sizes From 15x22 cm to 50x60 cm
The die-cut handle bag is a flat LDPE carrier bag with a punched handle opening cut straight into the film, so there is no separate handle to attach and no glued joint to fail. We run the same construction across eight stock sizes, which lets a single retail programme cover small counter items and bulky grocery loads without switching bag families.

All eight entries share the same base film and the same die-cut handle geometry, so a chain can standardise artwork and shelf presentation while scaling the bag to the transaction size at each counter. Sizes are stated as width by height in centimetres, measured on the flat bag.

Printing and film colour are both open to customization, from a single-colour mark for a local shop to multi-colour branding for a supermarket chain. How the Die-Cut Handle Spreads the Load
Because the handle is cut from the same sheet as the bag body, the lifting force travels down the two side walls instead of concentrating on a narrow strip. The handle edge is rounded at the punch so the film does not tear from the corners when the bag is picked up and swung at a checkout.
The result is a bag that opens easily, stands up while being packed and keeps its shape on the way to the car. There is no handle insert, no welded patch and no metal or plastic accessory, which also keeps the bag a single-material item for the waste stream.
Film thickness, bag size and the load actually carried should be matched together. For a coordinated programme we can advise which of the eight sizes and which micron level suits a given basket profile, and the final combination is confirmed against samples before mass production.
Choosing Between 50 and 100 Micron
The 50-100 micron range per side covers light retail use through to heavier grocery loads. Thinner film saves material and keeps the bag soft and easy to fold, which suits counter service where a bag is used once for a small purchase.
Thicker film within the same range gives a firmer hand, a more opaque look for printed branding and more resistance to puncture from packaging corners. Supermarkets that pack bottles, tins and boxed goods usually move up the range, while convenience stores stay lighter.
Both ends of the range run on the same die-cut handle pattern, so the visual identity of the bag does not change when a buyer tunes the film gauge for a specific product mix.
Supermarket, Convenience Store and Takeaway Packing
In supermarkets the bag is used at the checkout and in the fresh produce area, where the flat pack takes up little space under the till. Convenience stores use the smaller sizes for snacks, drinks and pharmacy items, and the larger sizes for multi-item baskets.
Takeaway and delivery operators use the same bag to hand over packed meals, since the die-cut handle can be hooked over a delivery rack or carried flat without the bag collapsing. Because printing and film colour are customized, the bag can carry a menu, a QR code or a storefront colour scheme.
