How Hand-Roll Compression Works
This series removes the hardware from the process entirely. There is no valve to seat, no cap to close and no pump to connect: the bag is filled, the zip track is pressed shut along its full length, and the package is rolled from the sealed end toward the open edge. Each roll drives air out through the temporary exhaust path created by the roll itself, and the track is then locked to hold the reduced volume.
That construction is the practical difference from a conventional valve bag. A valve bag depends on a pump or a vacuum cleaner nozzle to evacuate the bag, and it stores that air path in a separate one-way valve that can clog with lint or fold over inside a packed suitcase. A hand-roll bag carries no valve at all, so there is nothing to misalign, nothing to lose, and nothing to service in the field. Users simply roll, seal and stack.

The bag body is a PA/PE laminate at 0.07 mm, combining a nylon-facing layer for puncture resistance with a polyethylene sealing layer for a clean, repeatable heat seal. The blue tint lets users sort compression bags apart from clear food or document storage at a glance, which matters in warehouse picking and in hotel or moving-company kits.
These bags are supplied unprinted. There is no brand block, size grid or instruction panel on the film, so the surface stays available for your own label, header card or retail sleeve, and mixed-size assortments can share a single visual identity.

For best results, keep the zip track clear of fabric while closing, roll steadily rather than forcing the bundle, and store the compressed package flat or on edge so the seal is not folded back on itself. The unprinted film accepts applied labels, and the blue body photographs reliably for online listings.
